AMBER

国内外のゲストに惜しまれつつ閉館したホテルオークラがThe Okura Tokyoとして2019年9月にリニューアルオープンしたホテルプロジェクトである。開設当時から多くのゲストに愛された旧館ロビーの光環境は、LED光源に更新された照明計画によって忠実に再現しつつも、旧館当時の柔らかな光環境を見事に現代に蘇らせた。また今までにはない2つのブランドとなるオークラヘリテージ、オークラプレステージのそれぞれゲストルームでは、心地よい陰影が保たれた照明計画が実現し、現代の東京夜景を感じることが出来る光環境となっている。

The Okura Tokyo was newly opened in September 2019, after the old Hotel Okura closed for demolition by being regretted by guests from all over Japan and abroad. As it had been recognized that the lobby of the old Okura Hotel with its atmosphere were loved since its opening, we strived after adhering to bring the same by recreating it in the new lobby in Okura Tokyo. In the new lobby, even with updating light source to LED, the light and lighting of the soft and pleasant ambient of the old one, were successfully recreated. For the newly established guestroom brands, Oak Heritage and Oak Prestige, a comfortable lighting with a well-balanced brightness and dimness was achieved, so that guest can appreciate the view of Tokyo city.
